25 buildings and 14 accessories (people). They are all in good to excellent condition. See chart below for details. Note that with this lot comes 2 sets of 6 (connecting) lights so you'll only end up needing one additional light.

Also comes with a box of trees (64). Most of them are NOT Department 56 but work with any village.

9 are brand new, 9 large, 6 medium, 12 small, 20 extra small, 4 mini, and 4 shrubs. There are also two sets of boxed trees (see chart below) If you have questions, please ask. I'm guessing this will be about 100-150 pounds but not sure until we box it up. Candy cane and peppermint shop.

Limited to year of production, comes with magic smoke. Route 1 north pole, home of mr. Missing all flags, two of three gates are detached but will sit upright when being displayed. Neenee's dolls and toys.

Obbies books and letrinkas candy. Noth pole dolls and santas bear works.

Two of three flags are gone. One out of three flags is missing. Styrofoam cover is broken In half.

Tassys mittens and hassels woolies. Orlys bell and harness supply. I'll need more toys.
