North Pole Village display / decoration figure. 1992 cubby / with post office cabinet / no box note this one had a decal on top that said (north pole post office , that has peeled off / you can see just a little part of it left) By Sandi Zimnicki , not signed. I just aquired a collection of these figures , the owner of them knew the artist , and i lot of them are hand signed by the artist , i will be listing them for awhile. So i try my best to describe condition , but some items i never had before so not sure what they may be missing or if they work. Some items i might check , others i do not test.
