Dept 56 North Pole Village Santa's Paper Snowflake Studio

  
All could imagine this NPV studio with busy elves inside wielding scissors to make paper snowflakes as creative Christmas decorations - no two alike. The building is new in perfect condition - never used, except for taking these photos. I bought it for placement on my Christmas-themed area of my Lionel train layout, but an unexpected medical issue intervened. The original box is in excellent condition. Its lighting cord is included.

This building is one of a SPECIAL EDITION of five buildings introduced in 2007. Each building in this series has a rooftop fixture that spells out C-L-A-U-S as a set -- as shown in the photo of the cover sleeve. Disclosure: After taking the photos of this building with its rooftop weather vane intact, I repacked it in its original styrofoam protector and box. Alas, I accidentally broke the fragile weather vane during repacking; the "S" topmost part of the weather vane broke off. However, I'll include the "S" with the weather vane and building.

Two close-up shots of the weather vane shows it as NEW and as BROKEN for comparison. With a steady hand, you could carefully re-glue it in position, if desired. I'm offering it now to another family that collects unique Dept 56 pieces for use in their holiday show.
