The one you are getting is brand new never been used (pic 1). From a private collection, the collector bought lots of buildings and accessories and never opened or displayed them. I did take it out of the box to assure it was new, the tape is still on the styrofoam so I left it and put it back in the box. The box does have some slight water damage on the bottom, but not bad at all (pic 2).

Pictures 3-6 is a used one that I had. Introduced in Dec 1998 and retired in Dec 2005.
