Dept 56 North Pole 2002 Glacier Park Pavilion #56.56745 Mint Condition Animated

It is in mint condition. I opened to examine, test and take pictures. There are 2 frosted topiaries, 2 Winter Burch trees, the flags and the girl skating sign and a bag of snow. The accessory piece, "Skating With Santa" is also included. The elves glide across the rink, the lights flash around the rink.

It is a great piece that would stand out in your village display. 56 collector and has been stored in a smoke free home. The paper box is clean it has a little wear on the edges from storage.
