Here is the Department 56 North Pole - Glass Ornament Works - #56396 This is brand new, straight from a retailer, and has never been removed from the box (except for inspection, testing and photos) or displayed. There is some shelf wear to the sleeve, shown in photos. There is also a mark where it looks like a price sticker was likely removed and it left a mark on the sleeve, also shown in one of the photos.
