Dept 56 North Pole Series NIB Sealed Collectors Edition, Countdown To Christmas

  

This is brand new in box still sealed in manufacture plastic. I bought it in 2006.

Put in it my closet and never touched it until now. It has not moved in almost 18 years.

Damage happens when it opens and is touched too much. Dept 56 Lighted North Pole Countdown To Christmas Headquarters. It is a limited edition number of 12000. The windows actually gently open to expose a tiny Christmas icon (such as a gingerbread man).

Height - 7.5 inches. Also included is an accessory signage that attaches to the house.

Very well wrapped up and surrounded by lots of padding. This is a rare NIB treat.
