From Department 56's North Pole collection. Limited To Year of Production, 2017. Set of 3 includes "56 Claus Lane" and coordinating two-piece accessory Morning After The Big Night.

Design elements include a 3D interior scene with Santa's favorite chair and Village buildings on the mantle. ALL Department 56 buildings and accessories are FRAGILE. Please take care to only handle by the solid porcelain sections of the building. Dealer display item in glass-enclosed cabinet. Box / sleeve with minimal shelf wear unless otherwise noted. To ensure that you are alerted to all new items as they are listed.

We recently received almost the entire Christmas in the City, Alpine Village. North Pole and Disney Parks Village series from a former dealer and serious collector who took great pride in her collection. In order to list as many pieces as quickly as possible, we may just show the box/sleeve in the photos. We absolutely promise that all buildings and accessories list are in perfect, working condition with all separate attachments included.

We appreciate being contacted for ANY questions, comments or concerns. Our packing team places each collectible box under UV light for 10 minutes per exposed surface, which has been shown to eradicate "germs" on the surface.

Specific virus names cannot be listed here per policy (apparently); however, you know which one we are targeting. This process does not harm your collectible nor change the printing on the box.
