Good Condition - No chips or cracks - Very clean. The "Hershey" Sign has come unglued and is laying on the bottom of the clear dome - see photo's - We do not believe there is anyway to retrieve it and reglue it back on the plain sign.

Original Sleeve and Styrofoam Box has only normal shelf wear and tear - there is a dent near the top/middle portion - can be seen on the photo of the box. Photo's are of actual building that you will receive.
