New - Department 56 Christmas Sweet Shop, is from the North Pole Series. This item is from a very large Department 56 collection of my grandparents.

At one point, they had a standing village in their living room up all year around. However, this building is Not from that village. Those pieces and many others, I have since inherited. As previously stated this item is new, never used.

It is in its original Styrofoam box. However, the cardboard outer sleeve, all but the front (see picture) was torn. Department 56 item is new but has been in storage for many years. This may cause the packaging to have somewhere, slate tears, and possible dust. Please look over pictures very carefully before purchasing. I tried to take as many as I could at different angles to best represent the item for sale. The building/item, you see in the pictures is what you will be receiving.
