This building and the two accompanying accessories are owned by a mega Dept 56 collector that owns multiple villages and hundreds of accessory pieces. It is dearly time to downsize! Although the outer boxes may be a tad shelf worn, the ingredients are pristine! Board Games Factory is such a fun building because it is so reminiscent of our childhood. It was released in 2005 and discontinued in 2007.

There are zero blemishes to this building. The first piece is Board Games Fun #56.57205. And the other piece is Testing Video Games #56.56875.

Both of these figurines are also in perfect condition. They do not come with their original sytrofoam box, but they are bubblewrapped and included in with the building.
