This Listing is for a collection of Dept 56 North Pole Village Buildings & Accessories. The collection consists of Ten (10) Buildings and Eleven (11) Accessories items.

Because the Accessory items normally have more than one (1) item, there are many more than 25 individual accessory pieces. The Buildings in this collection are some of the earliest North Pole Village Buildings that were offered from Dept 56. All items in this collection are retired and come in their original Dept 56 Boxes with Sleeves. THE BUILDINGS IN THIS COLLECTION ARE. #56260 - NORTH POLE CHAPEL. #56286 - SANTA'S WOODWORKS. #56294 - SANTA'S LOOKOUT TOWER. #56340 - BEARD BARBER SHOP (Missing Flag Penant). #56383 - TIN SOLDIER SHOP (Flag Penant for front of shop needs repair / reattachment). #56385 - WEATHER & TIME OBSERVATORY. #56386 - SANTA'S ROOMING HOUSE. #56391 - ROUTE 1, HOME OF MR. #56394 - THE GLACIER GAZETTE.

#52298 - ELVES ON ICE (Set is missing one Skating Figure). #52632 - TOWERING PINES - SET OF 2.

#52660 - WINTERGREEN PINES - SET OF 3. #52714 - DECORATED SISAL TREES w/ BLUE GARLAND. #52714 - DECORATED SISAL TREES w/ RED GARLAND.

#56324 - NORTH POLE GATE. #56435 - DELIVERING REAL PLASTIC SNOW.

#09736 - HALLMARK ORNAMENT - SANTA'S REINDEER - PRANCER & VIXEN. #09738 - HALLMARK ORNAMENT - SANTA'S REINDEER - DONNER & BLITZEN. #09739 - HALLMARK ORNAMENT - SANTA CLAUS. 1995 HALLMARK ORNAMENT - SANTA & REINDEER ICE FISHING. Most all of these items have been displayed at one time or another and then carefully repackaged back into their original boxes.

The Beard Barber Shop #56340 is missing the Flag Penant that hangs over the front door of the shop. The Tin Soldier Shop #56383 needs the Flag Penant repaired / reattached back into position on the front of the shop. The Elves on Ice Accessory set #52298 is missing one (1) of the Skating Figures. All items have all been stored on shelves in a clean, dry room in a non-smoking home.

With the exception as noted, they have no chips, cracks, breakage or other defects. The Foam Boxes are in Good Condition - The outer Sleeves of the Buildings have normal wear and some have light corner tearing. UPS Ground - (Very Reliable) - 1 to 2 Days to the West Coast, 3 to 4 Days to the Central States, 4 to 5 Days to the East Coast. As needed, I will coordinate with you on returning the item back to me.
