Department 56 North Pole Toot's Model Train Mfg. It is an excellent condition. Has been on display a handful of times. Always put back in the original box of styrofoam for protection. Unfortunately I have misplaced the weather vane that goes on the top. I do not know where I have put it. Otherwise there are no scraped scratches missing paint. Please see photos for more details. Please send me a message if you have questions. Comes with the light bulb that just tucks on the inside of the bottom. I did test it and it works perfectly.
