Disney "Mickey's Pin Traders" Department 56, 2015. The sign that inserts above the door is missing. The original box, packaging, and pin are not included. All that is included is just what is shown. It appears to be in great condition.

There is a small scuff spot on the ball at the end of the higher roof line as seen in one of the photos. Look over the photos to examine the condition further and let me know if you have any questions.
