This was a LARGE collection of Department 56. Christmas in the City series, North Pole series, North Pole Woods series, and more!!

I'm not sure if it was a dealer close out or a personal collection, but many of these items have all the original packaging so may be NEW or were used for display purposes in the store. I have included branches that have broken off. The hook to hang the snowshoes is missing. Note: the 2 piece set is the treehouse plus Mrs. Power adapter included to light up the interior of the house.
