Dept 56 North Pole Christmas Village Sesame Street North Pole Building, Big Bird

  

Building is in very good condition, includes the Sesame Street iconic light pole, but the building is missing some of the signs. Box has some wear on the edges, rips, stains, and is in okay condition.

Tested and works perfectly fine.
