Comes with original box and styrofoam packaging. Has some paint cracks on the front left lamp shade(pic 5-6). Tested working; lights up and figures rotate. The plastic dome is not attached to to the base.

I'm not sure if it was initially glued down or not. It does kind of twist into place.
