Very Good Condition - very clean - the two little elves zip along the track; should they get stuck or not move, generally a simple tap on the track will get them moving right along again. We have tested this and not encountered any issues with this piece - the magnets do catch, they are clean. On the building: the lights flash red and green. In original box and packaging that has only minimal wear and tear from shelf storage.
