8 lighted buildings from Hawthorne Village "Rudolph's Christmas Town Village" collection, including. Watch Tower and Reindeer Barn. Coach Comet's Flight Camp. Also included are 7 characters - Santa and Mrs. Claus, Coach Comet, Sam the Snowman, Yukon Cornelius, Hermey, Elf with flags, and Rudolph and Clarice (Clarice is missing an ear).

The buildings range in size from about 7" to 9 1/2" long and 5 1/2" to 7" wide. The tallest is 8 3/4 to the top of the flag. Lights are included for all of them. The cords have a switch about half way down so you can turn them on and off individually if you want. They're all in working condition but you may need to replace bulbs.

2 houses are missing their flags at top, the Elf Dormitory is missing something on the left front not sure what but maybe a snowman? , and Hermey's dentist office has some yellow glue remnants around the bottom of a tree. There are a few small paint chips on a couple of pieces and some spots of darkening in the snow and glitter. There may be other minor wear not noticed by me, but taken altogether, condition is very good and the set is really cute.

It's enough buildings for a smaller village or a great start to a larger one. No original boxes or COA's are included.
