Department 56 KRINGLE STREET TOWN TREE item #56.56847 with original box. This is a retired piece, Special Edition limited to production year 2003. This piece is new, never displayed, however I obviously opened the box and unpacked it for photos. The box is in great shape, however there is a tape mark on the top center and a dent on the bottom corner (see last picture). I collect these and have decided to sell some of my pieces.
