For sale is a Department 56 North Pole Village "Cocoa Chocolate Works" (Style #805545) lighted porcelain building. This festive piece features the whimsical North Pole chocolate/cocoa factory design and is a great addition to any Department 56 Christmas village display. Overall, the piece is in excellent pre-owned condition.

The building displays beautifully and the light function works as it should when plugged in. It comes with the original box and packaging, which helps keep it well protected for storage or display. There is a very small area of damage to the delicate "milk stream" detail on the roof feature, where a thin applied piece has broken off. This does not affect the structure, lighting, or overall display quality of the piece. The rest of the building is in great condition with no other notable damage.
